Measure with intention
Use a flexible tape measure over light clothing or against the body. Stand naturally, keep the tape level, and measure without pulling it tight. Ask someone to help if needed.
- 01Bust or chest
Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- 02Natural waist
Measure around the narrowest part of the torso, usually above the belly button, while breathing normally.
- 03Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- 04Inseam
Measure from the upper inner leg down to your preferred trouser hem or ankle length.
Tip: measure twice, write the results down, and compare them to the specific garment details before checkout.

What if I fall between two sizes?
Start with the product-specific measurements and the area where you need the most comfort. Non-stretch woven fabrics may need more ease; relaxed pieces may already allow extra room. Avoid assuming every brand sizes alike.
Can I use this chart for every item?
No. These tables are approximate body-size references only. Product pages, brand charts and garment measurements take priority because cuts and sizing systems vary.
How should I measure a favorite garment?
Lay it flat and compare the same points on the item you want to buy. For chest or waist widths measured flat, double the width when a full circumference is needed. Allow for stretch and cut.
What if my selected size doesn't work?
